"....Blessings all mine, with 10,000 beside!"

His gifts - His beauty - His blessings - His holiness and perfection.  Everywhere!
Seeing and savoring His hand in everything is, I think, one of the primary ways to live abundantly.  It is the essence of loving Him with my whole heart.  To see him everywhere.  Acknowledge Him in everything.  Worship Him always.

My heart fills even now with His abundance.  And it humbles me.  Brings me to my knees in worshipful confession.

I have seeing and savoring for years.  Ann at Holy Experience suggests a beautiful way to make the seeing - the counting - purposeful and tangible.  I have been counting alone, but I find myself wanting now wanting to share the blessings. Maybe you'll Join Us?

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. James 1:17

#67. Beautiful coats that I had looked at and quietly wished for - Given! Happy package sent from Aunt Lisa.

#68.  Quiet time alone to unwind (and a hilarious story about the kids who interrupt it)

#69.  Puppet curtain - sewn by my mamma for our happy childhood.  Now happy memories for my own. (This legacy of love I do not take for granted.)

#70. Remembering exquisite winter beauty here.  (And rejoicing that the great melting has begun!)

#71.  Brothers.  A gift beyond words.

#72. Kids singing "God's Not Dead" over their breakfast bowls.

#73. This morning - Drama Girl wakes up with a whine in her heart.  I start to remind her again how negative she's being - right in the middle of my own gift recording! And I remember....she needs to count!  She needs new eyes this morning!  So I have her name two things.  Her head lowers, her mood coming out of her eyes.  But as soon as she names the first blessing,  eyes light up and a huge grin escapes in spite of herself.  The happy laughs spread around the table.  And pretty soon, the other kids are offering spontanious thankfulness.  Joy is contagious!

Want to join the joy counters? (The hard part is stopping!)
